IMP OFF LOAD ISOLATOR

GENERAL

Working of an isolator is very simple and it can be operated in various ways such as fully-automatic, semi-automatic or manually operated.

An OFF load isolator is rated carry current in the closed position.

It is not rated to switch either resistive or inductive loads.

The circuit must include an additional load rated switching device. "IMP" Series Isolators are suitable for applications in distribution networks.

A mechanical switching device capable of making, carrying and breaking currents under normal circuit conditions which may include specified operating overload conditions and also carrying for a specified time current

Our Switches have a door interlock system, which not only prevents the cover from being removed when the switch is in the ‘ON’ position, the door is locked internally.

Isolator is a manually or Motor operated mechanical switch.

It is Spring Operated Mechanism, Safe and extremely reliable in operations and maintenance free long service life.

IML-04 ON LOAD SWITCH

GENERAL

Load break switch switches are mechanically moving their contacts with an appropriate speed in order to make (close) or break (open) the circuit

A load break switch is a disconnect switch that has been designed to provide making or breaking of specified currents.

These switches are used to de-energize or energize a circuit that possesses some limited amount of magnetic or capacitive current, such as transformer exciting current or line charging current

Load break switches, generally comes with the spring mechanism for switching ON & OFF operations.

Load break switch with spring mechanism are generally provided with Fuse protection.

Load break switch are also provided with the Earth Switch, which helps in grounding the charges.

Load break switch is operated by HRC fuses in whicha pin strikes LBS Lever whichin turn trip the switch.

It meets the special need for Small Industries, Residential Apartments, Commercial Complexes, Hospitals, Educational Institution, secondary substation as well as large capacity power transformer.
